Dell Servers Monitoring
Purpose
The purpose of this solution is to proactively monitor issues with Dell Servers using Dell OMSA.

Implementation
- 
Import the Monitor - Missing Dell OpenManage Software from the ProSyncplugin.

Import the △ Custom - Ticket Creation - Computeralert template from theProSyncplugin.
- 
Implement the Remote Monitor - Dell Hardware Monitoring remote monitor by following the implementation steps: - Implement - Remote Monitor - Dell Hardware Monitoring
- Set the alert template to △ Custom - Ticket Creation - Computer.

Reload the System Cache. 
- 
Configure the solution as follows: - Navigate to Automation → Monitors within the CWA Control Center and set up the following:
- Monitor - Missing Dell OpenManage Software
- IMPORTANT: View the results of the monitor before enabling. If there are more than 20 results, confirm with the consultant if they would like it enabled.
- Configure with the alert template: △ Custom - Ticket Creation - Computer.
- Right-click and Run Now to start the monitor.
