ProSync Server

Overview

The ProSync Server application (named "ProSync" in the ConnectWise Automate Plugin Manager) is a plugin designed to manage and distribute content across multiple instances of ConnectWise Automate from a central location. Developed by ProVal Tech, the plugin is written in C# and is a piece of the ProSync solution, along with the ProSync Client and the ProSync API.

Usage

The ProSync Server is currently separated into two sections, Content and API Clients.

Content

The Content section of the ProSync Server plugin is where you will be reviewing changes, approving new and changed content, and syncing that approved content to the tables which will be read by the ProSync API. Clicking the Content button on the sidebar will give you a dropdown of the different types of content to review. Clicking on a particular type of content will populate the display panel on the right with a table of all applicable content of that type.
